Barnaby was born into a working class family, his parents both having a background in music and entertainment. His mother, an ice show performer, and his father a musician, performer, and teacher, both influenced his interest in the performing, musical, and martial arts.
While living in Germany he performed classical piano, was introduced to acting in Germany and performed stage plays along with musical shows. His filmography runs the gamut from commercials, music videos, and TV to short- and feature-films.
He continued his passion for martial arts as a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitor from San Jose. His love of language extends to Russian. Barnaby is the co-owner of the film production company Deep In Thought Productions.
